CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

Here is a good recipe for Crispy Fried Chicken that you and your family will love.

CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN
8 pieces chicken drumstick (or any chicken part you prefer)
Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
Japanese Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper
Canola Oil for frying

Season the chicken well with salt and pepper. Put the flour, breadcrumbs in separate plates, and the beaten eggs in a large bowl. Dredge the chicken in the flour, then in the egg, and coat with the breadcrumbs. Do this to the rest of the chicken pieces.
Heat enough oil in a pan. When oil is hot, but not very hot, put the chicken pieces. Do not crowd the pan with the chicken, and do not put in high heat, otherwise you’ll end up with chicken cooked on the outside but quite raw inside. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove from the pan and rain on paper towels. Serve hot and crispy with your favorite side dish.
