This pork stir fry is so easy to prepare. I got the recipe from Panlasang Pinoy, but adjusted the measurements based on how much meat I used. Make sure to use pork tenderloin that is cut really thin so that it will be tender even if just stir fried. Sometimes, I add some water if the pork is kind of tough and let it simmer until the sauce reduces and the pork tenderloin is tender. For working moms, you can cook this pork stir fry in a jiffy. Moreover, you only need a few ingredients!

Here is the recipe for the Pork Stir Fry.


3/4 kilo pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
4 tsp cornstarch
8 Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp ginger, minced
a bunch of leeks, sliced 2 inches
4 Tbsp canola oil

Combine the pork slices, cornstarch,  liquid seasoning, ground pepper in a bowl. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

In a pan, heat the canola oil and saute the ginger. Add the pork tenderloin slices, stir fry and cook until tender. You may add enough water to the pork, let cook until tender. Let it brown a little, add the leeks, cook for a few seconds,  remove from heat and put pork tenderloin on top of hot cooked rice. Enjoy your saucy pork stir fry!
